Another heavy metal, Cadmium, ranks close behind these at position number 7. These toxins are known to be associated with a variety of human diseases: heart attacks, hypertension, autoimmune disease, cancers and more. Healthcare providers can play an integral role to address this underlying cause of significant diseases in our population.
